The location is remote, close to Youghal for the Ironman.

The rooms at Happy Hill in Youghal are cozy and comfortable. I stayed in a triple room and it had a lovely garden view, which made waking up in the morning so pleasant. Plus, having an electric kettle and seating area was a nice touch. The bed linen was fresh and clean, and the private bathroom was a bonus. As a light sleeper, having a hairdryer and a wardrobe in the room was very convenient.

Personally, I found the kettle a bit noisy, but that's just me. Others may not mind it at all.

The hotel was a decent place for enjoying a lovely area, just off Youghal for the Ironman. Pretty friendly staff was available all the time. The venue's position was remote. We really enjoyed the breakfast;)))

Having a continental breakfast each morning was a delightful way to start our day. The variety of options, including à la carte and vegetarian choices, ensured there was something for everyone. It was like having a gourmet breakfast experience without even leaving the comfort of our room. The warm croissants and fresh fruit were simply divine.

Although there were a few minor issues, like the damp smell in the room and the lukewarm shower, these did not significantly impact our overall experience. Despite these drawbacks, we would recommend Happy Hill for its pleasant ambiance and convenient location.
